"American Versaille" The $100 million Single Family Home

American Versailles is a mansion under construction located in Windermere, Florida, and modeled on the Palace of Versailles in France. Construction began in 2004 for Westgate Resorts magnate David Siegel. Due to money deficits, the mansion's construction was put on hold. It will cost $100 million, making it one of the most expensive houses in the United States.

In 2012 it was announced that the construction of the house restarted, and that the house will be completed within two years. Construction of the house started in 2004 at a cost of $100 million. The house includes 10 kitchens, 13 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, and a 20-car garage with additional space for limos, a two-lane bowling alley, an indoor rollerskating rink, 3 indoor pools 2 outdoor pools, a video arcade, a fitness center with spa, two tennis courts, and a baseball diamond.
